Neil King – New office furniture for Estate Agents
Taking a fresh approach to the traditional look of estate agents offices, London based Neil King contacted BT Office Furniture for suggestions on how to create a clean, contemporary look but with furniture that was also practical.
After the initial consultation it was agreed that the ‘Vital’ range with full cable management to the underside of the desks, and stunning black glass desktops would be the ideal product to meet the brief. The ‘four leg’ open style of the desk frame meant that keeping the telephone and computer cables out of sight, was crucial. The desk frame included horizontal cable troughs that cannot be seen through the glass and magnetic cable tidies attached to the vertical legs. The computer CPU’s were hung on the framework as well, keeping the underside of the desks as cable free as possible.
The furniture was complemented by black leather and chrome ‘Eames style’ high back managers chairs and matching cantilever client chairs. The waiting area again had a classical feel utilizing ‘Le Corbusier style’ black leather and chrome sofas.
The installation was quick and problem free and Neil King has been very generous in referring several of his business associates since completion.
